  • Employment History:  Tyler ISD Foundation Executive Director; Texas A&M University-Commerce and Texas A&M University System Development Officer, Director of Development, Associate Vice President-Development; Assistant Vice President Marketing and Public Relations, Assistant Provost; Southwestern Bell Manager (120 employees), state-wide Budget Coordinator, and Public Relations Manager.
  • Has been responsible for fundraising close to $1 billion dollars to assist higher education and public education in the United States, mostly in the past seven years.
  •  He has been honored by Governor’s Office, Air Force (meritorious civilian service for an American with Disability—Goddard has a prosthetic leg/ankle/foot),
  • He has been associated with: Texas School Public Relations Association, Alliance of Foundations of Schools Association, CASE, National School Foundation Association, Texas Education Network, City of Tyler; East Texas Council of Governments; Sigma Chi; TAMUC Alumni Association, and a long list of other professional and civic organizations.
