Chasing Wild Geese ... not just a single goose...
I’ll tell you this: If I am ever on a chase… it will be for wild GEESE (plural). I’ll not go on a chase for one wild goose. Higher expectations … get more geese …Yesterday, I saw a flock of geese flying in formation and heading northwest … honking encouragement at their leader goose … We all make mistakes when we were young … and for the record, I was young last night …I tell myself often … Words in my head … You know how sometimes you get a song in your head and it won’t go away. I have that same phenomena with words. The little voice in my head is really like that cartoon character who could blow holes into a mountain saying, “Kaboom” … Ugly as homemade sin. A drip. A drop. A dweeb. I can’t get over the phrase, ‘in broad daylight’ … is there a margin of difference in daylight when in becomes ‘broad’ … I never hear of ‘narrow’ daylight but might try to start that saying … might go ‘viral’ … which is another word I hate … viral is like a spreading virus … so much of our ...
