state-wide Budget Coordinator, and Public Relations Manager.
- Has been responsible for fundraising close
to $1 billion dollars to assist higher education and public education in
the United States, mostly in the past seven years.
- He
has been honored by Governor’s Office, Air Force (meritorious civilian
service for an American with Disability—Goddard has a prosthetic
leg/ankle/foot),
